Any mods, tools or configs to improve game?

Hello there, i'm new to this stuff and what i wanted to know is:
Are there any mods or tools that may improve the performance of Vindictus?
I would like to remove some effects, the item's shininess(the game settings are not enough), the water's reflection(i'm so pissed off that i can't see the fish clearly in the water).
And also something to lift the signal(as i'm connected through a wireless hotspot).
If you know some configs i can use to improve the game please share them, someone(like me :P) will find these useful.
