Good that you guys started to venture into TERA and are afraid that they block our ip's response ta ai support team about it.
According to him, they do not have the slightest intention to block ips Brazilians and the contrary still ask those who are victims of discrimination for being Brazilian, is so report that they take appropriate providences.

Maybe this isn't a useful response but it's relevant~ it really amazes me that in so many games there is so much hatred against Brazilians.. personally I had nothing but great experiences playing with them, but apparently I've been lucky. :> My Brazilian friend in Tera told me yesterday that.. if a Brazilian player is able to reply in English, they're more than likely a decent person. The logic being that if someone took the time to learn a new language, maybe they wouldn't be so ignorant in general.
Never discriminate against others. Every race/culture/whatever has many exceptions to the stereotypes. All the people struggling to be different from that image will have a hard time doing so with all the hate floating around.. :v Assume innocence until proven guilty! :D

Or try to download Tera, many gigs, but there is a program called DirectIP which is very good, the banter ipblock (if any) and improves in-game ping.
