Looking for help - ini changes

Hi,

i play Tera since a few tests now and there is one thing that bothers me a lot: The maximu, load distance of characters!
Since it´s Unreal Engine i thought it would be easy and i´ve found some settings of which i thought the could fix the problem:

Sadly, changing them just did nothing. If there is a person more intelligent than me, who could find a solution to the problem that characters pop up at about 65m, feel free to help out lots of Tera players.

I somewhat looked into this during the last beta, there seems to be some sort of view distance/render limit in place by default, even of you crank the system settings all the way up. I will look into a way for removing this next beta :)
