If you are looking for extracted mesh files you will probably have to do it yourself . I started reversing but atm in not that far :) However in a week or so i may post a few things here.
They are in the client.
The textures used for the maps can be found in:
<path_to_your_tera_installation>\Client\S1Game\Coo kedPC\Art_Data\Packages\S1UI\worldmaps
Use UModel/UE Viewer (google is your friend, since i am not allowed to post URLs) to extract them.
