Ranger monster no hit you

I'm write English so bad but i want share one bug in Soulsaver.i don't know this thing had in our forum but i will share. You go C:\MgameGSP\SoulSaverOnline\data\OBJ\Effect copy file attack.csp and rename it to"mattackcsp" and copy in this folder. And then, moster ranger no hit you.Example: Zodiac Monkey can't shot 3 mini monkey. You only lose HP if you touch moster

I wonder if this is considered hack, since we don't use and third party program.
