bot doubts and other stuff

yeah well ive read some post and i downloaded the macromonkey its seems is not for newbie ppl like me many codes and stuff wanted to ask if there is another bot i could use on requiem memento mori, or if macromonkey is the only one then how should i use it it seems hard thanks .
