Reinforcement value

So I was curious.... Is there any way to modify my equipment? Can I make all of my gear +30. I know that the stats for armor and weapons are hard coded but would like to be able to edit the reinforcement value. any help would be appreciated.

You can edit any values, even set your HP to 9999, but this is only visual modification

so there is no way to have any actual affect? not to worried about what it says on character screen, would like to have a practical use.
