well Alurahr, that toon in those pictures, seems to have found a GM store, which makes very little sense.
But, nevertheless, I do suppose a location like this is possible and the items are usable.
There is an indication saying [GM Item] so you could buy them, but you would be unable to equip them.

Although, the first picture seems to be photoshoped, because I could also take one success picture from anywhere and paste it onto my own failures and call it successful.
But I highly doubt you can equip any of those items.
