Using English CSV with Russian Client and Vice Versa

We are experimenting with this new feature to play on the Russian server using English text and the other way around. This makes it far easier for us to test HackREQ on Russian servers and probably easier for many players to play on non-native servers.

As you can see not all text is converted yet but we got a lot of it :) I will post more information on how to do this with v2.0.0.2 when I am not so tired.

Hi, i realy need your help , i lived near russia , and i have better connection to rus servers , but i cant speak or read russian. I need to send me this files that patch english to rus servers , whatever the progress of work. Need it badly. Please help
