This is a simple Guide on how many points any skill will need for a skill to be affective

filer/a skill you need so you can get the next skill in that skill tree (only put 1 point on this skills)

AOE/area of affect

AOEs can hit 2-9 targets or all targets in a set rang

for AOEs that hit 4 targets only 1 point is needed for max targets (more points for more damage)

for AOEs that hit 8 targets only 1-5 points is needed for max targets (more points for more damage)

for AoEs that hit 9 targets only 6-9 points is needed for max targets (more points for more damage)

for AoEs that hit all targets in a sat rang 5-9 points is needed

Heals/gives you HP back

heals can only heal 1 2 or 8 targets (can save your life)

heals that do HP over time/HOT heals only need 1 point (9 points for 20 HP a sec is a bad deal)

heals that are instant 1 point if your tank/DPS max if your healer (10 points gives 2 times or more the HP then 1 point)

heals that are instant and do HOT i wood max it (10 points gives 2 times or more the HP then 1 point)

party heals max it (10 points gives 2 times or more the HP then 1 point)

Buffs gives you more stats for a short time

buffs can only buff 1 8 targets (or you and target)

MP recovery up% 1/5 points you need MP recovery

HP recovery up% 1 point (its a filler for a batter skill)

Accuracy up 1 or 0 points (git it only if its a filler for a batter skill)

Defiance up 10 points or 0 points (you will need Defiance at hi lvl but if it only gives 70-130 Defiance its a bad deal don't get it)

Block rate up only need 1/5 points

Block rate %up max it! (can save your life)

Magic attack power up max it or 0 points (low lvl skills only give 4-30 attack hi lvl gives 120-300 attack)

Magic attack power %up max it or 0 points (its only good if you have hi Magic attack its a wast of points if you don't)

Attack strength power up max it or 0 points (low lvl skills only give 4-30 attack hi lvl gives 120-300 attack)

Critical rate %up 10 points you will want this

Evasion rate up 1 point as filler or 10 points (10 pints only if you have hi Evasion like 10k)

Magic attack Resistance up max it or 0 points (git it if you do PvP its no good in PvE)

Magic damage Reflect %up 0 points (its a broken skill and if it dose work its only a 20% chance to reflect)

Short rang attack Reflect %up max or don't get it (even at lvl 10 its like only a 30% chance to reflect)

Attack speed up lvl it tall your attack speed is at 1.0 a sec and no more(1.0 a sec is the max attack speed)

Max HP up max it (hp is a good thing)

Stuns Sleeps Slows

stuns hit 1 target or every one in a 20m rang

on any stun you only need 5 points for the max amount of time it stuns the target success chance will be 70% at 5 points(you can put 5 more points for more damage and success chance max success chance is 90%)

sleep can hit 2 to 6 targets 10 points for max time

slows needs 9 points for max effect

Attacks

Dots/damage over time

its a wast of points

traps/its like a min

10 points it dose good damage

single target attacks/it hits 1 target

1 or 10 points (only put points on hi lvl single target attacks ones that do 100+ damage if its lase then 100 its a wast of points)

single target attack which a Dot attack/do i need to explain?

1 or 10 points (if you have low attack that DoT attack will be your bast friend so 10 points)

long rang attacks/its a long rang attack

10 points this is what kills stuff (but if it dose low damage and has hi cast time don't get it)

Magic attacks/single target attack but dos Magic damage

10 points (if its a skill that has 1 sec cool down and has a 30m rang coz its your main attack)

if its a skill that has 1-4m rang 1 point (its a filer)

Rush/moves you Reilly fast

Rush can move you 18-35m

max it out or don't get it (its only affective at max)
