PSA (Public Service Announcement) On Card Designate Slate

Hi All, glad to be a new member! My first post so please be gentle.

This post will hopefully serve as a PSA or Public Service Announcement.

Recently WP(WarpPortal) reduced the chances of getting a Blue Rare Card (Abrahim, Solomian) using a Card Designate Slate from the Kafra Shop from 50% to 5%.

I have proven this due to the fact that I have purchased 1 pack on July and made 3/5 cards.

Now I bought 2 packs thinking that the rates would be the same but after 3 packs (15 card designate slates) I got nothing.

Just a little bit of anecdotal info.
