RO2 LOTS - Item Stats in Client

I'm having a hard time finding where things like the item set ID and the actual stats of the items may be in the client. I found the descriptions in the Asset.VDK, but have yet to find the stat bonuses for each item. Any help would be appreciated.

Also just for chuckles, anyone already have a converter for the *.ct files before I waste time making one?

Yes, a decoder/reader is already in the wild. I tried unpacking the VDK, decode the CT files, and even edit the data tables inside. But it only affects local client. It doesn't affect data from server.
