u only need to install this plugin: NVIDIA Texture Tools for Adobe Photoshop
Photoshop or PainNet change file .gtx to .dds !!
For the *.dds texture you can use XnView and in "File", select "Save as..." and there you have various image format
to save it :yes:
And for *.msh well, i never found that type of format so i can't help you with that :-(
I think you might need "NVIDIA Texture Tools for Adobe Photoshop" tool so that you can open dds file in Photoshop.
