The best place to bot depends on your lvl for instance
Lvl 10-15 cloned beast at kaslow plain
Lvl 15-20 alpine deer in kaslow plain

the bot is not working anymore
i think for lvl 20-30 just go southern island for botting and collect crab meat to finish hanna`s quest.....it will nice for faster leveling
Anyone got a "safe" place they'd recommend running the bot for after lvl 70? main concern isn't really xp more items that sell for decent amounts without farming rep items where the chances of being caught are much higher

Not sure on how your toon would cope but my sin did pretty well in oblivion border killing the sea siren's near the refugee camp and farming HP / HP pots as well as frost lost power
