seal online .edp decryptor and a souce file

Hello everyone!

I'm sooo glad to become a member of PGC,and I'd like to appreciate that PGC has provided us

with this awesome forum to discuss and share useful stuff.

Here i got a toolkit for decrypting .edp files from SEAL Online client,so that you could

edit the output files(personally,I recommend open those files with UE :) )
And say goodbye to endless "messy code"(before decryption).

I'v noticed that h4x0r(he is my idol~) posted a thread attaching with both

ecnryptor&decryptor.You could also check that thread for more info.
