I think it depends of the hack functions, what exactly it does?
speedhack, wallhack, zoomhack, teleporthack, no attack animation, no teleport skill delays.
normal skills nocd is not possible.
possible hacks:
permanent buff
godmode
enchantment hack
i dunno how to do these 3 but thy are possible.
