Could some of you please code noskillcooldown hack for Dragon Nest (China)?

I heard it's really easy cuz the game reminds of Divine Souls in some way. Would appreciate it a lot if someone coded it. There are a lot releases on chinese sites but i just can't seem to find any up2date. Thank you! Here's a guide how to play it:

There is some anticheat but i can operate with values using CE and packets using WPE without any problems.
