Increases cons/dex/Str/int by 135
4 set effect: Increases crit attack or dam by 10
Increases skill attack or physicals/magical attack by 400+
5 set effect: Decreases move speed by 11 and additional damage by 6000.
No picture of the proc yet but I'll save space for it *here*. My guess is that it look something like life set's proc but in blue colors
