O Aika Sea não tem o Buff da Liloha, mesmo se vc tiver nação, não funciona.

Nation buff is only allocated to the weakest nation in Aikasea.
In which the case now is Archadia.

maybe because you were on channel PvE
No Aika sea os buffs sao só no canal PvP,dai talvez vc estava no PvE
