Galera eu to trabalhando aqui no HEX pra tentar deixar cooldown 0% estou tendo alguns resultados ultimos , mais porem obscuros ... quando eu conseguir 1 concreto eu posto aqui ai vocês poderão dar uma ajuda..
obs : eu consigui por o dano da skill maior e ele funciono ... estou trabalhando no critico dela

You can changed the cooldown by editing the memory, but the question is most of the effect only in client side.
There might be another hex that need to get changed instead only cooldown hex in order to get the effect from server side.
Just assume.
