Can we add the vocal of skill?

I know that the skill sound contains skill vocal (ex. ArmorBreak01~04.bin ) and effect sound (ex. ArmorBreak.bin)
but some higher level skill only have the effect sound, ex. DivineWire.bin
but in the game, when you use DivineWire, it will play the HolyBlood02.bin, or etc.
I want to add new skill vocal and named DivineWire01.bin..02...
I think I should edit the soundlist.bin. but I used notped or Hex editor to open the file, the format is strange.

is there anyone can help?

Why do you think so? plain file without encrypted data, just get file structure and change what you want.
