Error on startup windows.

I got an error every time I try to start my windows, the system show me a mesage saying can not find DeXtrap customer Aika, How do I disable this?

Have you downloaded it from where? from the forum? people around publish fake dextrap that only sends your account to their mail, maybe it can be a virus, if you only start windows and this message appears alone...
