Helps in creating Fishbot

PGC staff that has extensive knowledge of programming, I'd like you to help me.
I'm trying to create a fishing bot with auto hotkey that detects the right moment perfect, but I do not know where to start, I'm looking for a pixel detector can not find more.
If someone can show me the way I would be very grateful, I await your help my brothers of the PGC!

Pessoal do PGC que possui grande conhecimento de programação, gostaria que vocês me ajudassem.
Estou tentando criar um bot de pesca com auto hotkey que detecte o momento certo do perfect, mas não sei por onde começar, estou procurando por um detector de pixels mais não consigo encontrar.
Se alguem puder me mostrar o caminho ficarei muito grato, aguardo a ajuda de vocês meus irmãos do PGC!

Well ,my friend most of Photo Editor have Pixel Detector, but i use the Investigator of Blue eye macro..
It's really usefull and really simple to use!!
