Auto-click is always helpful, but do not know if it is fully functional in Aika, because I've tried to use several, but always seems to q that activates an auto-click in the window of Aika they do not work, I wonder if this is functional in Aika.

You can not use in aika because Xtrap Hook some system functions.
If you use a 32 bit system, you can open one undetectable Anti-Rootkit, and remove the hooks in ring0 SSDT, and SSDT Shadow Hooks.
after that, the Auto clicker will work perfectly.
I think there's better programs auto click! the "mouse recorder pro" is one of them
