Blue Eyes Macro: Problems with license

I formatted the OS to reinstall the BEM, but the license remains expired.
Anyone know if any changes have occurred or is a Bug?

I've had this same thing happen to me before. I'd format the whole computer and put everything back on.
Then put a program I wanted to cr.ck again, Would not let me because it still "somehow" seen it.

To this day.. I have no idea how it still had it on my HD.
