bf dailies and dice is the best way so far, you can farm hunter scrolls but that will give you 2-3% in a full day of farm 16h or so, so better to start pvping and sit in regenshine to lv up
quest today , up 10%
dice + dailys + talent beads + red letter in bottle + karena mutate grinds altogether can make u level fastest.

use the purchased of quests to level up the leopold lvl 71-75 to support the quest, after that do the quests in lvl 71-75 .. to catch the lvl 78, so with that you will need lvl 2 lvl agros or bottles in red
